• Short stay surcharge:
  We levy a surcharge for short stays.
• Payment:
  The bill for your room can be paid in cash or using a debit card.
• Arrival and departure:
  Check-in: from 2.00 p.m. - Check-out: by 9.00 a.m. Upon early departure or late arrival the room price for each day booked is charged (no deductions).
  
  Should your arrival be delayed and you will only be arriving here after 6 p.m., please give us a call to let us know.
• Parking:
  We provide parking spaces right next to the hotel for all our guests. These spaces do not have to be reserved (in the underground garage or in the car park).
• Non-smokers rooms:
  We would ask you to not smoke in our rooms and apartments. Thank-you for your co-operation in this matter!
• Pets:
  are unfortunately not permitted.
• In the apartments:
  Bed linen and bathing, hand and dish towels are of course included. Not included are cleaning supplies and dish washer tabs. NEW: Nespresso-coffee-machine (without capsule).
• Ski room:
  You can keep your ski equipment in our ski-room with boots-warmer.
• CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
  In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
  (according to Austrian Hotel Regulations)
  • 3 - 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total package price
  • from 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
  • in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
  • in case of late arrival or early departure we charge the total booked package price
